Refund policy
14 days, then final.
Beckon is a one-time purchase with no free trial. The live demo on the home page shows the whole flow, so please try it there before buying.
Within 14 days
Email hello@macmuse.app within 14 days of purchase with your order email or license key, and you'll get a full refund to your original payment method. No questions asked.
After 14 days
All sales are final. We can't refund purchases made more than 14 days ago, including for unused licenses or seats.
What happens to the license
A refunded license is deactivated. Beckon stops opening the bar on that Mac at its next weekly license check.
Problems, not refunds
If something isn't working, write to us at any time. Bugs get fixed and shipped as free updates for every 1.x buyer.
Your legal rights
This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
Who processes it
Payments and refunds are handled by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record.
